Embedding a Culture of Inclusion

Culture is established through our daily actions and interactions across the organization and with external partners. It requires deliberate and consistent choices that reinforce inclusive practices in every part of our Enterprise.

We rely on deep insights from across our organization to accelerate our culture of inclusion, as we aim to understand DEI needs at the individual, country and regional levels. Recognizing that culture is led from the top, our senior leaders act as role models. We acknowledge and reward employees for their contribution to advancing our culture of inclusion. We support them through our networks, including our Employee Resource Groups, which bring passion, creativity and inclusive perspectives to our diverse global organization.

We are accelerating our global culture of inclusion by developing deeper insights and initiatives that meet country-level needs and drive belonging in communities around the world. We began our journey in 2017 with a focus on how unconscious bias can impact inclusiveness. We now progress into conscious inclusion to strengthen our leadership competencies and drive behavioral and cultural changes toward being deliberately inclusive.
